Once entering the apartment you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which flow to floor length sliding glass doors and an undercover good sized balcony with alfresco dining and lush green garden view. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor couch listing to the birds singing. There is air conditioning in the living room and new designer furnishings throughout.
