Accom Noosa COVID-19 Update

Dear Guests,

We understand that the recent news and uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) may have caused you to think about your travel plans.

Your Safety: As an independently-owned local business, at Accom Noosa, we are diligently following all government recommendations and policies. Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff and we maintain the highest level of hygiene in our properties, including increasing maintenance routine, increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitising communal areas.

Your Booking:

Due to the current government mandatory 14 day self quarantine, if you are travelling internationally and have booked on or before 15th March and your booking falls between 15th March and 15th April 2020 you have the option of cancelling your booking or holding the credit to be used within 12 months. International bookings outside of this period will be reviewed as future Government announcements are made.

If you are re-thinking your domestic travel plans, and in accordance with all Government advice to date, please be reminded of the agreed booking Terms and Conditions:

Amendments to Date or Property
Low Season – Up to 14 days prior to check in – $25 amendment fee (subject to availability on the same property).
Mid or High Season – Amendments not accepted.
Booking Fees – A booking fee of $27.50 is payable on every booking and is non refundable

Cancellations
Low Season
Up to 14 days prior to check in – Loss of 20% of full accommodation plus the booking fee
Within 14 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee
Mid Season
Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 20% of full accommodation plus the booking fee
Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee
High Season
Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 20% of full accommodation plus the booking fee
Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee

We are experiencing unprecedented call volumes and long hold times, and our team is working hard to respond as efficiently as possible to all inquiries. To help us serve guests most immediately impacted, inquiries are being prioritised in order of booking date, so we kindly ask for you to email rather than call if you have any queries or concerns. Our team appreciates your patience and understanding at this time.

Importantly, this advice is current and correct as of today, but we are closely monitoring all Government announcements as they come to hand, and as such any component of this advice may change to comply with any amended or new regulation.
