Update Wednesday 1 July 2020:
As per government advice, Accom Noosa is pleased to announce that we will be welcoming guests as of July 11, 2020 from all states and territories (excluding Victoria) to Noosa, with the Queensland borders opening as of July 10.

Our team are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails due to the latest government advice. We appreciate your patience and kindness towards our staff during this time.

Any Victorian guests with existing bookings are urged to contact our reservations team to make one of the following arrangements:
1. Change dates: we are moving guests dates up until one year in advance subject to availability, allowing you to continue to look forward to your Noosa getaway, and hope that government restrictions change by that time. We are continuing to do this for all guests as we are updated on government advice.

2. Place funds into credit: This credit has no expiration date, and can be used at any property listed with Accom Noosa (including Fairshore Noosa and La Mer Noosa). Any funds paid at the time of cancellation will be held for future use once restrictions ease.

3. Change name of the reservation: If you are no longer able to visit due to Victorian restrictions, and neither of the above options suit, you are welcome to amend the name to a friend / family member within any state and territory (excluding Victoria) for their use.

Government advice is to be followed including completion of border pass document and may be requested to view upon check in.

All terms and conditions listed below as per May 18 update are still valid.

For the guests that have begun returning to Noosa (currently Queenslanders only), we have increased our sanitisation process during departure cleans, with staff following all required protocols to ensure the cleanliness and safety of all guests and staff. Hand sanitiser has been provided at all communal touch points (eg. Pool gate) and additional cleaning of facilities are continuing to be completed by our staff.

We hope to see you in Noosa soon.

Regards,
Accom Noosa Team.
