BY LAWS
NOISE. Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not create any noise to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of owners or occupiers of any other unit or any person lawfully using common property.
BEHAVIOUR OF INVITEES. Owners and occupiers of all units shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that their invitees do not behave in a manner likely to interfere with peaceful enjoyment of the owner or occupier of any other unit or of any person lawfully using common property.
The Duties and obligations imposed by these By-Laws on an owner of a unit shall be observed not only by the owner but also by the owner's tenants, guests, servants, employees, agents, children, invitees and licensees.
DAMAGE TO COMMON PROPERTY. Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not mark, paint, drive nails or screws or the like into or otherwise damage or deface any structure that forms part of the common property.
VEHICLE. Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not park or stand any motor or other vehicle upon common property.
OBSTRUCTION. Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not obstruct lawful use of the common property by any person.
DAMAGE TO LAWNS, ETC ON COMMON PROPERTY. Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not damage any lawn, garden, tree, shrub, plant or flower being part of or situated upon common property.
DEPOSITING RUBBISH, ETC ON COMMON PROPERTY. Owners or occupiers of any unit shall not deposit or throw upon the common property any rubbish, dirt, dust or other material likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the owner or occupier of another unit or of any person lawfully using the common property.
CONDITIONS:
Guests are reminded of the Provisions and Limitations of the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001/QLD and the Innkeepers Liability Act 1902/NSW, a copy of which is displayed at Reception. I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be help personally liable in the event the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such charges. This includes damage to, and losses in, the property described in "Unit No" above. "For security reasons lost keys will incur a complete re-key of the locks at the guests' expense, any charges if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition extra charges will apply.
